Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

We generally allow 2 weeks to review candidates.  
We will keep in touch with you during this time and let you know if time frames move. 
Stage 2

MPLC - Meet with our In House Recruiter

Our first stage is a video call.  A great way to "meet" you.  This will give you the chance to learn more about us and us the chance to really understand why you are the best person for the role.  It's helpful if you have done some homework on who we are for this bit. 
Stage 3

Hiring Manager Interview

This will be the first time to meet with the Hiring Manager for the role! They'll want to go a little bit deeper into your experience and your background but more importantly answer any questions you have about the role, the team or what the day to day looks like in this role. 

It's likely we'll go through a couple of competency questions with you too.
Stage 4

Task Stage

This is where we will dive a little deeper into the technical requirements of the role and typically will be assessed through a task or presentation depending on the role.
